I never knew when I started how valuable Kim’s coaching was going to be.

I thought it was about moving from A-B in my career.

It was soooo much more than that in reflection.

I undertook coaching with Kim to improve my clarity around my goal to build a more flexible career so that I can move between two states and spend time both with my partner and children.

As a result of working with Kim I have built my own personal coaching program which is now at that point of testing stage as well as securing a new remote position in a new company that provides me the flexibility to work from anywhere. I found after getting off the phone to Kim I was clearer, motivated and removed the barriers I was placing in front of myself.

Kim’s approach is kind, caring but assertive where needed. Her ability to pick up on the little things that I have said between the lines and work with the blockers was helpful even when I didn’t know what I wanted to do next or where I wanted to place my energy. Kim simplified everything and helped me close the 20 tabs open in my brain. Kim was calling me on time every session and keeping me accountable.
