Kim has had a long and successful career in executive management across media, marketing, sales, and retail sectors, she has managed and trained sales teams and business-units to achieve success.
She started her Executive Coaching practice in 2020, after 30 years working in executive management, sales and marketing, and business development in retail and major corporations.
Kim has built companies, from start up to an annual turnover of over $6 million. She has developed, coached, trained staff, and built and maintained staff levels through organizational change.
Kim also developed an app; Divorce Source, to support parents getting their documents in order when going through the upheaval of separation and divorce.

Kim has now found her niche specializing in confidence and career coaching, upping life and the entrepreneurial game for greater fulfilment and success.
She is an accredited CHCC Career Coach, Myers Briggs MBTI and CPI260 Practitioner, CDC Divorce Coach, and a CDC Transition and Recovery Coach;
She thrives on coaching others to do more, achieve more, and gain fulfilment in their work, business, and personal lives.
In addition to her lived personal and business experience, Kim is an excellent communicator, strategic thinker and problem solver who can see the big picture, survey the landscape, and create change with intentional action.

Kim also created an app Divorce Source, to help separating and divorcing parents get more organised for their divorce. The app assists you in collating everything for your financial affidavit, sorting your parenting agreement and has at a glance custody calculations.

Yes, the app is available in both google play and apple stores.
I would have loved to have tracked all my notes for my divorce and financial affidavit all in one place. And that's what the divorce source app allows you to do. Enter your notes on parenting, communication and expenses or whatever you need to keep notes on. The app collates it all into date order. You can then produce a report in date and category order for your legal team. You can even upload photographs of conversations, emails and receipts. These are also collated in date order. Making you an organised and more credible client for your legal team and having everything available at the tips of your fingers as needed.
